Special bimetal bushings

A special product developed by R.Biemme-Tech in recent years: the self-lubricating bimetallic bushings.

In this product, we find:

1. all the advantages of resistance and use of the classic steel sliding bushings,
2. together with the advantages offered by fluid lubrication.

This technological process makes it possible to unite indissolubly a layer of sintered low-friction material, which can be impregnated with oil,
with a layer of high-strength steel.

The applications are:

1. self-lubricating bushings
2. sliding plates
3. nut screws
4. etc..

Applicable pressures > 150 kg/cm²
